When are you going to ship the ClickPack?

The crowdfunding period is 45 days. We ship after crowdfunding, within 30 days. The order of delivery depends on the time of order payment.

Is there a built-in power in the backpack?

Our backpack does not contain a mobile power bank. However, we designed a pocket which is specifically made to house a portable power bank.

How to clean the ClickPack?

This backpack is dirt-resistant and has anti-spill functionality. However, we do not recommend washing it because of the built-in charging cable.

Is the whole backpack waterproof?

While backback is water resistant, it is not fully waterproof. When the weather is bad, please use the rain cover to protect the backpack.

What if I have not specified my color preference? What if I want to change the color?

Gray is the default color. Well, more colors will be chosen in the future stretch goal.

Is the build-in charging cable replaceable?What if it stops working?

The build-in charging cable is not replaceable due to its interface being fixed. However, we have done many tests which indicate that the cable will not be damaged, even after 30,000 times of use. Unless used strenuously, the charging cable can be used for more than three years guaranteed.

How big is the backpack? Is it heavy? How many things can I put in?

The size of our backpack is 18x13x6 inches. Capacity: 17L. Net weight: 1289g(Including the backpack and all accessories).

Can you tell me which type of USB cable are you using in the ClickPack Pro? Lightning or the Micro?

The USB cable is placed inside the power bank compartment to the USB outlet outside the bag, and the ClickPack Pro doesn’t come with a power bank(you are required to use connect your own power bank inside). You will have to use your own cable lighting/micro USB depends on the phone you have.

Can you offer other color options? I'd love to have a whole black one!

Many backers asked for color variations such as an all-black bag(We answer this question many times before) Unfortunately, we can’t offer an entirely black backpack or other options at this time. The white fiber, Dyneema, functions as the slash-resistant fabric. But we are figuring out to make another color options but still keeping the gray part and change the black color on the top and bottom.

I have a 17.6" laptop, can I fit it into the laptop compartment?

That would be too much to fit in! The compartment for the laptop is 42x28x3cm(16.5x11.02x1.18inch), it’s fit for your laptop under 15.6”(or equals 15.6”)

Can you add a second bottle pocket to the backpack?

We considered an additional side water bottle pocket, but when we went to the design lab with this, found that it would affect the inside space to hold things. What’s more is that an added side pocket would affect the effectiveness and ability to have internal stiffeners, as we promised with the first stretch goal.

Is the Clickpack Pro 100% all around slash proof? Or just the gray part?

We want to keep the top and bottom of the ClickPack black, but can make these parts of the bag 100% slash-proof, as so many of you have requested, by putting the gray slash-proof material inside the bag. This means that the first and outer layer of the bag would be the black fabric. The second inner layer would be the gray slash-proof fabric.

How exactly does the advanced USB charger work on the backpack? What are the steps?

a. You are required to have your own power source; b. Connect your power source with the built-in USB cable from the backpack compartment(if you don’t know the place, please take a look at the Kickstarter page), and please make sure your power source is on; c. Your power source is set! Just plug your USB cable in the strap and your phone will get the power charged.

Hey, my tracking number doesn't work. What can I do?

A: Please retry your tracking numbers. At the beginning the numbers provided to us by the couriers were wrong and it made a big mess. As mentioned in our previous update, we are using two shipping companies and this caused a problem. We fixed the tracking numbers yesterday.

I live in XXX. There's been no update on my tracking on the 17track website. It says its in transit, but this has been this way since last Monday (July 10, 2017) and the status says its in Shenzhen, China since.

A: Some packs were shipped via China Post – you could see in the spreadsheet we uploaded on DropBox which countries were shipped by China Post.

The China post system doesn’t support real time tracking, we can’t see any tracking status after your backpack leaves China customs. We are as in the dark as you are until your pack touches down in your country of residence. This is why your status says and has said, “Leave Shenzhen China” for two weeks, but no more new tracking info has come through. Please trust in the post system as we have. Backers all around the world are receiving their packs and have had similar issues as you with the status of parcels online. Actually, the backpacks are on their way to your home. When we get tracking numbers for your packs, we will give them to you. So please keep your eyes out, the backpacks may have arrived already today.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
