Hello, backers!
We have received massive amounts of feedback from you, and we’re listening very carefully. As a result, now we’re working on another anti-theft product. If everything goes smoothly, it will come out in October. We’re really excited about this and can’t wait to hear your thoughts.
For the backers who haven’t received your parcel or those who were late for finishing the BackerKit survey, please keep an eye on our Dropbox, we won’t post an update every week to remind you, but we will keep uploading the new tracking numbers.

Hello backers,
Here's a few a few FAQ's we've seen on the comment board. Ariana will be reply to any other pertinent comments within the day.
Q: Hey, my tracking number doesn't work. What can I do?
A: Please retry your tracking numbers. At the beginning the numbers provided to us by the couriers were wrong and it made a big mess. As mentioned in our previous update, we are using two shipping companies and this caused a problem. We fixed the tracking numbers yesterday.
Q: I live in XXX. There's been no update on my tracking on the 17track website. It says its in transit, but this has been this way since last Monday (July 10, 2017) and the status says its in Shenzhen, China since.
A: Some packs were shipped via China Post – you could see in the spreadsheet we uploaded on DropBox which countries were shipped by China Post.
The China post system doesn’t support real time tracking, we can’t see any tracking status after your backpack leaves China customs. We are as in the dark as you are until your pack touches down in your country of residence. This is why your status says and has said, “Leave Shenzhen China” for two weeks, but no more new tracking info has come through. Please trust in the post system as we have. Backers all around the world are receiving their packs and have had similar issues as you with the status of parcels online.
Actually, the backpacks are on their way to your home. When we get tracking numbers for your packs, we will give them to you. So please keep your eyes out, the backpacks may have arrived already today.
Shipping Questions

Hello Kickstarter backers,
So, everyone's confused about shipping. We would be too if we weren't on the front lines. And, the BackerKit business has been less than successful. The system is quite incompatible our needs. We're new at this and new to using BackerKit. Please take a careful look at this update. We are a small team, and with a number of questions we've been receiving, we don't have enough man power to answer each one.
We just shipped the July batch last week. We promised in the previous updates that July backers could receive their pledge in the last week of July. If you are one of the July backers: your bag has been mailed. If you have not received a tracking number, it is because we have not yet received them from our partners to share with you. The tracking number is not given to us until your backpack arrives at your country. When we get them, you will know.
When we do receive tracking numbers, we will not upload them on BackerKit. The BackerKit system is not compatible with our tracking numbers. Please refer to this worksheet on DropBox. We will continually update the tracking numbers on this sheet.
Here are some instructions and clarifications about all things shipping. Please read carefully.
Q: “I was one of your first backers. I pledged on the first day. I should be in the June batch!” A: Your pledge, if you haven't received it, will be in the July batch. And, just because you were one of the first backers, does not necessarily mean you were a June batch pledge. All pledges were different estimated delivery times. You can find out which batch and delivery you're in if you go to your KS profile, click on "View Pledge”. At the selected reward part, you will see the estimated delivery. For example: "Estimated delivery: Jul 2017” or "Estimated delivery: Jun 2017”
Q:“Why I haven’t received my tracking number?”
A: You can check your tracking number on BackerKit. However, please also check to see if you completed your survey on BackerKit before June 11th. If you did not, you missed the pledge shipping deadlines, and your backpack will be shipped to you during the last week of July. If you completed the survey on BackerKit before June 11st, then your backpack should have been shipped, please refer to this link.
Step 1: Find your backer name in the list#1Backer Name And Tracking Number or the list#2 Backer Name And Tracking Number.
Step 2: Copy and paste the Tracking URL in your browser and you could see the shipping status.
Step 3: If you found that your parcel had been delivered and never received it, please reach out to the company in list#1 or list#2 Carrier company name and contact info,
Q:“Why is my status on BackerKit still, Ready To Ship?”
A: Actually, your backpacks are on the way to your hands. The shipping status on BackerKit is not true. We will switch your shipping status from “Ready To Ship” to “Shipped” ASAP, please be patient.
Q:“I’m a June backer, but I haven’t received my backpack.”
A: Please use the tracking number and reach out to the carrier ASAP.

Hello Kickstarter backers,
All pledges have been shipped(expected those backers haven't completed the surveys on BackerKit on time), They were sent yesterday. The backpacks have been sent via airplane. Once they arrive to their respected countries, the local post company (our courier partners) will take over and ship them to you. Because of this, we cannot get the tracking numbers to you until the backpacks land in your region.
So, if you are sitting there thinking, well the Korin Team said my pack’s been shipped, and I still don’t have a tracking number, what the heck!? This is why. We know it’s difficult for you at this point, but, please be patient. We are not in the business of deceiving you, we promise you will get your pack. This is the best we can do with the partnerships we have with our couriers. Once the parcels make it to the ground we will upload new tracking numbers next week.
For backers who have received their tracking numbers, but have failed to track their parcel status, please copy your tracking number and paste it on www.17track.net/en to track your parcel in real time. If your shipping status could not be found on http://www.17track.net/en, please try http://www.yuntrack.com/
These days we are working day and night to take care of loose ends. We may not answer your questions very quickly. If you have an urgent concern, such as, quality issues with your bag or address inconsistencies, please contact us directly.
Ariana is still attending to the comment board daily. You can also look there for trending topics in the backer community for the ClickPack.
