We’ve been receiving positive feedback from you, this is really encouraging for our team!
For those of you that have been leaving comments with praise and confirmation of delivery – thank you and awesome! We hope you enjoy your bags, and tell all your friends about them! Spread the ClickPack love to everyone.
To the backers with shipping confusion, questions, disappointments, etc:
We hear your concerns, and we are as frustrated as you with the BackerKit system. This is the bottom line: The BackerKit staff made a huge mistake by turning every backer's shipping information from "READY TO SHIP" to "SHIPPED". Then, BackerKit changed all statuses back again to "READY TO SHIP". This is very confusing and a headache.
Further, our courier is not good at getting us the tracking numbers in a timely manner, that’s why some of you received the backpacks but did not receive tracking numbers. But, we are uploading the tracking numbers onto the BackerKit tracking system continuously, so please keep an eye on your email inbox which is associated with your BackerKit account. An email from us with your tracking number is the green light.
From the onset, before any bags went out and before the discrepancies with the BackerKit system, ClickPack Pro backers were supposed to receive their tracking number AFTER their bag was shipped.
If you are one of the June backers that haven't received your backpack:
Please accept our apology, the second batch of June backers was delayed because of your countries' customs requirements. These were all unforeseen issues we had to deal with. Your bags will make it to you in good time.
This is an explanation of this delay: The countries in second June shipments required a special packaging. It’s the size of the box, and we had to reproduce the boxes especially for these countries. If we don’t change the box size, your package will not go through your country’s customs office properly. We know it’s a hassle for you to push back the date, but we want to make sure you will receive the ClickPack Pros successfully. Now your backpack is its way to your hands, we believe you should receive it by the first week of July.

THE BACKERKIT ISSUE AND TRACKING NUMBERS

Hey ClickPack Pro backer community,
We’ve received hundreds of emails asking for tracking numbers. We can’t reply to each, one by one, so we wanted to post an update to explain what happened. If you refer to our previous update, we mentioned that we were unable to successfully upload the first batch of tracking numbers last week, and we asked the BackerKit staff for help. And while they did help us, it seems like they misunderstood our communication and made some mistakes...
And you could find out which batch and delivery you're in. If you go to your profile, click on "View Pledge" and on the selected reward part, you will see the estimated delivery like: "Estimated delivery: Jul 2017” or "Estimated delivery: Jun 2017"
Here’s an FAQ of the issues that we most backers are emailing us about...
Q: I noticed that my BackerKit status changed to SHIPPED, but I still haven’t received my tracking number.
A: The BackerKit staff marked every backer’s status from “READY TO SHIP” to ”SHIPPED” without our permission. They should have only marked the first batch of backers that we provided to them as SHIPPED and only uploaded the tracking number. This is not what actually happened, and is why many other people still haven’t received their tracking number. Except the first batch backers, we haven’t sent any tracking numbers out.
Q: I can’t open the tracking link, it says “404 page not found error”. What can I do?
A: BackerKit provided the wrong link ( http://clickpack-pro.backerkit.com/backer/www. 17track.net/en ). The correct link should be: www.17track.net/en. With this second link, you can track your package with your tracking number via this website.

It’s a brand new Sunday! We believe most of the June backers have received their Clickpack Pros, and we are so happy to see that you guys like the quality and the design. Your positive feedback is definitely giving us a ton of confidence to keep on designing and producing backpacks.
The first June shipment has been accomplished. Now the second June shipment is processing.

Also for those who ordered 10 or more backpacks and need to customize their logos, we have to wait until next week to finish these. The slash-proof material has been out of stock in the last two weeks. We want to print the logo on the fabric before it sewing, that will make the logo look better. Hope you would understand what we are doing now is to make everything the best quality.

Here are some FAQ. I believe you could find most of the answers in this section.
Q1: How do I track my package? Will you provide me a tracking number? A1: If you are in first June shipment, you should receive a tracking number in your inbox. And if you have backed 2 or more ClickPack Pros, you should receive multiple tracking numbers.
Example: John has pledged for two ClickPack Pros, he receives two tracking numbers JK690103339QB & JK690103869QB (that means two shipments). Please copy and past the tracking number JK690103339QB and JK690103869QB separately to the link www.17track.net/en to attain your tracking info.
Q2: I’ve backed two backpacks, but received only one of the two. Could you please explain? A2: Some backers pledged for 2 packs or more as a combination, so we separated the shipment. That means, you may receive them in different times.
Q3: I’ve received my Clickpack Pro, how do I modify the TSA lock code? A3: Please refer to the video below, and you will know what to do to change the code number for the TSA lock.

Many of you have questions about shipping. Please refer to the FAQ below.
Q1: I’ve pledged for 2 Clickpack Pros. Why I am in the July delivery batch?
A1: The delivery time is not based on how many Clickpack Pros you pledged. It’s based on the delivery that was set on the campaign page. If you are asking this question, that means you overlooked the delivery time when you were making your pledge.
Q2: Did you guys ship out the Clickpack Pros? I need a tracking number!
A2: We’ve shipped the 1st batch for June backers, and the 2nd batch for June backers is being prepared to ship. Though we have shipped the product, the tracking numbers should be provided within next week. We will let you know soon and keep you informed! Please be patient.
Q3: How can I change my address?
A3: If you completed your survey, you cannot change your address. Completing the survey was the final step in looking down your pledge. Your Clickpack Pro is in our carrier’s warehouse ready to be shipped. If you haven’t completed your survey, then this question doesn’t apply. But, you should complete your survey if you have not already done so.
As our team is working closely on mass production, we may not reply to your comment or messages as quickly as we have and had during the funding period of the campaign.

We come bearing good news!
Hello Kickstarter backers,
It's a new week, and we are writing with some good news! We are working hard on the June shipments. For June backers, your Clickpack Pros will be sent out on June 15th. You should receive them soon after. For July backers, we’ve expedited your delivery. So, you will receive your Clickpack Pro (estimated) by mid-July. But, this is not a promise.
If you completed your survey, pre-orders, and add-on items on BackerKit, this means your order has been locked down. It also means that we can’t provide any refunds or make changes or additions to your order. We really want to proceed and uphold delivery times. The ClickPack Pros were sent to our carrier’s warehouse today and since arrival have been affixed with the shipping label. Therefore, the shipment fee has been processed on our end. So, if you’ve completed your surveys and now want a refund, this is just something we cannot provide. We appreciate your understanding in this.
There are still 844 backers that haven’t completed their surveys! We really want you guys to get your backpacks, but can't send them without your address! If you are one of the 844 who has not completed the survey, please do so ASAP. If you can’t get access to your survey, try this link: https://clickpack-pro.backerkit.com/
