Hello Kickstarter backers,

We are going full-steam ahead in mass production. Our manufacturing team is working day and night in order to finish the packs. We’ll deliver all the ClickPack Pros to you earlier than the expected delivery (and we will keep you posted on the delivery).

Again, all the surveys have been sent to backers' inboxes. Please check your email and fill in your shipping information at earliest convenience. There are 1,165 backers that haven’t completed their surveys! We really want you guys to get your backpacks, but can't send them without your address! If you are one of the 1,165 who have not completed the survey, please do so before June 6th. Otherwise, your pledge will not be delivered on time, and will go out in August. Show us extra love: please share our campaign on Twitter after you finish the BackerKit survey. =)

Hey, backers!

We are sorry for the confusion. We realize yesterday's update said the survey would be delayed, but we didn't want to keep disappointing backers, and the BackerFit program came through quicker than we had expected. So, as we promised we were able to send the surveys today!

Please check your inbox which is connected with your Kickstarter account, and fill in your shipping information at your earliest convenience. The survey is the key to us having your shipping information. We need this information to process the next important step of delivery.

For early backers of our campaign, we are providing an add-on option. You can get an extra ClickPack Pro at only $99+shipping ($25/30 America/all other locations worldwide). If this is of interest to you, just select the ClickPack Pro as an add-on item and follow the payment options.  

Also, we know many of you are confused about the survey and the add-on items on BackerKit. So, please read the FAQ below.

Q: I can’t find the survey in my inbox. What do I do?

A: We sent the survey via email. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find the survey, please DM us on Kickstarter.

Q: Just out of curiosity, the survey I just completed offered a $99 add-on item, which was some pouches etc. Could anyone please clarify what actually comes in the bag and what doesn't?

A: We are offering this add-on item for our Kickstarter backers. If you or friends want more ClickPack Pros, you can up your order quantity through BackerKit. This add-on item includes one ClickPack Pro backpack, one rain cover, one pair of storage pouches (electronics and toiletries), and one RFID magnetic strip bag. This is the same package as you've backed on Kickstarter.

Hello Kickstarter backers,  

Another week has gone by. We are sorry to say we just received the payment from Kickstarter today. This is not what we wanted as we know many of you have been asking about the survey. We hate to keep you waiting, and we are asking for your continued patience. As it is now the weekend, and a holiday weekend at that, the payment process is still pending approval for BackerKit. We promised that you would receive the survey on Monday, May 29th. We are sorry we cannot meet the expectation we set out last week.

 As June is a few days away, our manufacturer is accelerating their steps for the first round of production. For June delivery backers, we will deliver your pledge packages as promised, and you will receive your ClickPack Pros during the last week of June. In the meantime, here are some images of the backpack to tie you over.

Survey says...

Hello Kickstarter backers

Another week in the books, that means, another update from us. This one is quick – just to tell all of you about the survey.

We planned to send them today, but we want to wait a few more days to get the funding payment from Kickstarter – this will be on the 24th or 25th. Once we get that payment from Kickstarter, we can use a small amount toward using BackerKit – a software to manage backer information.

BackerKit is a backer survey and data management platform that helps crowdfunding creators send surveys and manage things like shipping addresses and other pertinent information. And all of your surveys will be sent via BackerKit. Our campaign has over 8000 backers! That’s a huge number for us to manage in a database. We don't want to mess anything up, and we also don't think it’d be easy if we only used the Kickstarter platform. Hence, we decided to use BackerKit.

I know many of you are so excited to get the ClickPack Pro as soon as possible, and you will! But we want to make sure every one of you can get your ClickPack Pro successfully.

Please be patient. You will have the survey by the end of the week!

Hello ClickPack backers,

Well, we've reached the finish line for the campaign. It’s been great to have great support from all over the world! This is a small ending with another beginning in the production journey.

What follows are some FAQs to cover the bases and provide information about for what to expect post-campaign.

About the Survey 

“Am I blind?! I can’t find a place to fill in my information. So how will you guys send me the ClickPack Pro?”

Good question! Some of you are new to Kickstarter. In the coming days, we’ll send you surveys (via email) that will prompt you to fill-in your information such as receiver name, address, phone number etc. No need to fret! We got you covered. Please keep your eyes on our updates and the Facebook page. We will keep you posted as to when they are sent. Our Facebook name is Korin Design

Clarifications for the TAX and VAT 

For European backers: We will deliver your ClickPack Pros directly from EU inland. We have an EU partner, so you don't have to pay for tax and VAT. It’s not a problem. That means the ClickPack Pro is EU friendly!

For North American and Australian backers: No tax for you either. Horray!

For Asia and South American backers: We will declare your ClickPack Pro to customs as low as possible. You should only have to pay a small percentage.

My payment failed, how can I fix it? 

This may be due to your card being expired or other validity issues. If so, you should call the bank or use another credit card. Please try to get this sorted before May 18, otherwise, you won't be included as a backer because the Kickstarter system will exclude you from the ClickPack Pro campaign. As a member of our valued Kickstarter backer community, you will be the very first to receive your ClickPack Pro. Please try your best effort to make your payment and the pledge available! If you have continued issues, please let us know directly, and we will do our best to advise.

What is the Korin Design team doing for now? 

Well, our team is designing the outer packaging to make sure your ClickPack Pro is well-packed and delivered to you in a box fit for a king! And of course, the ClickPack Pros are in the mass production status.
